6 Week Model 

A “6-week model therapy” is not a single, standardized model but refers to various short-term therapeutic interventions, often focused on a specific issue or skill and programs typically involve weekly sessions, aiming to equip individuals with practical tools and strategies to achieve specific outcomes, such as improved self-awareness, stress reduction, or the ability to challenge negative thought patterns within a concentrated timeframe.

Fettles Anxiety & Mindfulness Programme:This program focuses on self-awareness, stress reduction, and learning to challenge and reframe negative thoughts.

StrongMinds’ Six-Week Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT-G):Research showed that this shorter version of IPT led to significant improvements in depression symptoms and overall well-being.

Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) Group Program: A 6-week group-based EFFT modality is being tested for parents dealing with their children’s anxiety, depression, or behavioral issues.
